Before and After Lipiflow: Can Meibomian Glands Grow Back? Can Meibomian Glands Regenerate?

This morning I posted an amazing photo of a LipiView/LipiScan photo of the Meibomian Glands after IPL.

Today, I saw a patient after Lipflow, the apparatus that milks the glands uniformly and is FDA approved.

The below photo has issues with the “pre-operative” photo not showing the full eyelid fully.
Still I am very excited to see what looks to be a possible improvement in the meibomian gland appearance anatomically.

This is only one patient but it is encouraging.
