This is a patient who gave me permission to post her meibography of her right lower lid before and after Lipiflow. She was having significant foreign body sensation and irritation.
Even though, I explained that Lipiflow is meant to save the glands and not necessarily relieve eye pain, she felt relief within a week after her treatment.
