There are very few heat masks just for the eyes. Most Bruder masks keep the heat only for a few minutes. This is the best one thus far byWizard Research, in my opinion, as it keeps the heat for 30minutes. It can get very hot but is controllable so be sure to not burn your skin. I hang it over my bedpost so I use it before bed and if I cannot sleep at night.
