We continue to move towards an only plant based diet. We are trying to cut down the red meat to once per month or so.
I find my kids are adjusting well. They still like their bread, but the younger ones, love the gluten free bread that we get on sale at our local grocery store (cinnamon//raisin).
My husband found the China Study book interesting, thus the push to go more plant based.
All in moderation is likely best 🙂
