Many of our patients have asked about MiBo. I know many patients in the US have had MiBo. No one has done a study to compare MiBo to Lipiflow so we really do not know which one is better long term to save meibomian glands. Lipiflow has many more studies to show its effectiveness.
I found this FDA warning to MiBo but do not know the result of the warning.
