Gluten free, low carb life. Crunchy no gluten, no carb granola! Love it!

A crunchy, low-sugar, low-carb snack:
1. mix together 1/8 cup almonds, (slivered and toasted is best)
2. 1/8 cup walnuts, 
3. 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds, 
4. 1/8 cup dried cranberries. 

I usually skip the cranberries and it still tastes great. I also like to add in tiny pieces of cashews which I toast briefly. (I bought in bulk for IFS bulk we buy all our nuts, oatmeal, etc from there: best price compared to BulkFoods, Oh! Nuts, etc; please let me know if you find some place better & cheaper 🙂
