Redness could be from a virus, allergy or rarely a bacteria. Clear lump if on eyeball could be a cyst from allergy or virus. Use cold compresses for redness & swelling especially if had a cold: could be beginnings of viral conjunctivitis. See eyeMD if worsening or not improving. M
