How to Best Keep Track of Eye Care and Eye Surgery

A wonderfully kind patient who had a great surgical outcome shared the below with me.

He was an analyst before he retired.
This is the best example of “being organized” I have seen in eye care.
Each eye is labeled.
Each visit has its own sheet put in the laminated dividers.
All his questions are dated and noted.
All answers are dated.
