Risk of Betadine/Povidone Iodine: Does it contain Lye? Yes, but it seems to be safe still for ocular tissues and other delicate mucous membranes.

Cyproterone Acetate may negatively affect meibomian glands.

  Cyproterone acetate inhibits gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and blocks androgen receptors.  cyproterone acetate appears to reduce the size of the sebaceous glands.
