A dear patient who is also a surgeon drove from Pennsylvania today and was very generous to share with me a new drop which he found on Amazon. It really helped with his dry eye symptoms he says.

It is preservative free. But it contains Sulfa: do NOT use if you have a Sulfa Allergy.
He is a surgeon so I trust this case of 1. Still, many are suspicious of over the counter Amazon products. I totally understand. The above photo is the one he used. If you try it, let me know how your eye reacts to it. It appears to be safe but I have not seen papers showing its effectiveness with dry eye (see * below for WebMD review as well)
