Does the Intake of Hyaluronic acid by Mouth Help Dry Eyes?
Oral HA 240 mg (Innerb, Suheung, Ltd., Seoul, Korea) once daily was supplemented in the study group for 3 months. It does seem to help. I have 2 patients who say it has helped. It is over the counter and very safe. Looking for more studies.
