Baked zucchini chips with paprika and sea salt
1. Wash Zucchini & cut into thin slices (potato chip thin) with skin on.
2. Toss with 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
3. Salt to taste (sea salt is better but need less).
4. Sprinkle with Paprika (great for your immune system & possible anticancer fighting agent).
5. Bake at 450 F for 25-30 minutes depending on how thin you made the chips.
