Palindromic rheumatism in a young child with Headaches with slightly swollen optic nerve but no obscuration of the blood vessels: Has anyone seen a case?
Vision is 20/20
Patient has a small cup to disc ratio so slight area of swelling of the optic nerve could be from the “disc at risk.”
The patient will get a visual field and see neuro-op as well.
